Mini Apple Pies
After seeing my friend gloria’s creative use of tart shells for both top and bottom of mini pies, I decided to make some myself :) they were lots of fun (and time) to make and delicious! Honestly, I have never been a fan of cinnamon, but with apple, oh so gooood!
